Jason Raphael

Vice President of Client Relations

Jason Raphael is an accomplished client-services professional with expertise in change management, thought leadership, and account management. As Vice President of Client Relations for Bridge Connector, an iPaaS platform that delivers streamlined integration solutions for healthcare organizations, he is responsible for client onboarding, journey management, and service delivery.

Previously, Jason worked for Accenture for three years, during which he was selected to relocate from Philadelphia to Sydney, to help the global management-consulting firm overhaul its Australian procurement practice structure and capitalize on regional growth. Additionally, he served as Accenture's global expert on low-dollar sourcing activities, having built and delivered the company’s global foundation training course in negotiations.

Prior to joining Accenture, Jason helped launch a Tampa-based technology and software development consultancy, 2point0 Concepts, for which he oversaw project management, new business opportunities, account management, client support, and strategic partnership development. In order to grow the firm, a leading digital-signage consultant in the Middle East, he relocated to Kuwait to cultivate new relationships with multinational brands such as Marlboro and Mercedes.

Jason holds a BS in finance and international business from University of Tampa. He lives in West Palm Beach, and enjoys golf, globe-trotting, and spending time with family.
