Adam Norris is Director of Strategy at Bridge Connector and has a track record of delivering top-line growth and bottom-line savings. Adam is adept at understanding new situations, challenging assumptions to isolate and identify strategic opportunities, and converting high-level concepts into market realities to trigger disruption.
Most recently, Adam was an Engagement Manager at Deloitte Consulting within the Life Science and Healthcare Strategy practice. In this role, he led cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of growth, go-to-market, product, and operating strategies. Prior to Deloitte, Adam spent several years at Epic, owning various client relationships with major hospital systems. He holds over half a dozen certifications from Epic, including MyChartAdmin and Tapestry.
Adam received his Bachelor of Science from Vanderbilt University in economics and human and organizational development. He received his M.B.A. and graduated with honors from Columbia Business School, with a concentration in healthcare and pharmaceutical management. As an active volunteer with the Sharsheret Young Professional Circle in New York, Adam helps raise awareness about breast cancer and ovarian cancer, expanding the organization’s reach with educational programs that encourage earlier detection to help save lives. In his free time, Adam enjoys sports, trying new restaurants near his apartment in NYC, and spending time with his wife and dog in Central Park.
