Judson Lathe is the Chief Administrative Officer of Bridge Connector, a technology company working to change the way health care communicates by delivering streamlined integration solutions. In 2017, he co-founded the tech startup with CEO and childhood friend David Wenger, inspired by the idea that any health care organization should be able to automatically transfer data between disparate systems.

Previously, Judson served as Chief Operating Officer at Marketran, a full-service marketing and advertising agency focusing on small- to medium-sized businesses in Palm Beach County, where he oversaw client relations, internal operations, and the art department. Prior to Marketran, he was based in West Hartford, Conn., where he founded AmRide, a full-service driver-for-hire business he founded that enables customers to be conveniently and safely chauffeured in their own cars. The company is still in existence today and has grown to 14 service areas in 11 different states. He served as CEO and President of AmRide, and was frequently featured as a spokesperson for the organization on local and regional media outlets, before joining business partner and Bridge Connector CEO David Wenger in their successful entrepreneurial endeavors together.

Judson holds a B.B.A. in management from Stetson University in DeLand, Fla. He enjoys spending time with family, getting out on the water, and going to country music concerts.
