“Do today what others won’t, so tomorrow you can do what others can’t.” — Jerry Rice, former NFL player
Judson Lathe is the Chief Operating Officer of Bridge Connector, an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) company that delivers streamlined integration solutions for healthcare organizations. In 2017, he co-founded the tech startup with CEO and childhood friend David Wenger, inspired by the idea that any healthcare organization should be able to automatically transfer data between disparate systems. Based in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., Bridge Connector offers a seamless solution, regardless of platform and without requiring an IT team. In June 2018, Bridge Connector announced a seed investment of $4.5 million, led by Tampa-based emerging-technologies firm Axioma Ventures LLC, backed by Howard Jenkins, former CEO of Publix Super Markets.
Previously, Judson served as Chief Operating Officer at Marketran, a full-service marketing and advertising agency focusing on small- to medium-sized businesses in Palm Beach County, where he oversaw client relations, internal operations, and the art department. Prior to Marketran, he was based in Hartford, Conn., and served as CEO and President of AmRide, a full-service driver-for-hire business that enables customers to be conveniently and safely chauffeured in their own cars. A sought-after thought leader, Judson has been featured as AmRide’s spokesperson on WVIT-TV (NBC Connecticut) and WTIC-TV (FOX Connecticut).
Judson holds a B.B.A. in management from Stetson University in DeLand, Fla. He lives in Jupiter, Fla., and enjoys spending time with family, getting out on the water, and going to country music concerts.
