Adam Hall currently serves as a Business Development Representative at Bridge Connector. He has previously held sales roles, owning various stages of the sales cycle including prospecting through closing new business, and providing a fresh perspective on existing processes across multiple industries.

Prior to Bridge Connector, Adam thrived navigating sales within a startup culture when he worked for Nashville-based AmberBox, a startup backed by Y-Combinator, the same American seed accelerator which has been responsible for launching such companies as Airbnb, DoorDash, Instacart, and Dropbox. There, he joined as a sales consultant who called on VP and Director-level roles with Fortune 500 companies. He was promoted to a sales team lead for his work establishing repeatable processes for the rapidly-growing SaaS-model startup, contributing to its sales training practices while growing the efficiency of sales development representatives by 150%. Adam began his career in banking with Fifth Third Bancorp, where he excelled at connecting with existing customers to extend the business relationship with additional services. He was the top branch producer within his first six months of employment and consistently achieved more than 150% of his monthly goal.

Adam received his bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, and was a graduate of the University Honors Program. When not at work, he enjoys being active outdoors with his wife and two dogs, whether camping, hiking, canoeing, or participating in shooting sports. He and his family volunteer with Proverbs 12:10 Animal Rescue, and he is also a licensed realtor.
