Ansley Aiken is the Lead Business Development Representative at Bridge Connector. Since joining the company, Ansley has proven her work ethic as she has singlehandedly developed the business development representative program. Ansley’s skill set is diverse, with expertise in digital marketing technology platforms, serving as the liaison between our sales and marketing departments to maintain optimal communication.
Before Bridge Connector, Ansley specialized in business development at Reltio, a modern data management PaaS startup. Ansley worked inbound and outbound sales for their platform and quickly proved her business acumen, as she worked closely with large enterprise life science companies. She was soon promoted to a Senior Sales Development Representative and was the top performer in multiple quarters, and was a key contributor among Development Reps within less than a year of being fully ramped. Ansley has experience increasing overall engagement via digital and social media, as well as coordinating promotions and events, including during her time with the Atlanta marketing agency, FortyFour, when she served as a co-project manager for Coca-Cola’s Powerade brand and Share-a-Coke projects. She is devoted to health care causes professionally and personally, including when she spearheaded community enrollment and participation for the October Breast Cancer Awareness Scavenger Hunt.
Ansley earned a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia with a dual major in marketing with emphasis in digital media, and management. She is an avid Georgia Bulldogs football and basketball fan, and has been actively involved with the alumni association, as well as the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Athens. Ansley also enjoys attending singer/songwriter events around Nashville, and spending time with her family, friends, and her Pyrenees & Australian Shepherd mix dog named Ella.
