Brian Cappy serves as Bridge Connector’s Vice President of Sales in San Francisco, where he will be establishing our San Francisco office. With expertise in software solutions and the health care industry, he is also passionate about mentoring sales teams to achieve shared goals that improve people’s health.

Most recently, Brian was Regional Vice President in Healthcare and Life Science sales for Salesforce, the leading customer relationship management (CRM) software. There, he garnered several honors while rising through the ranks to lead their highly interactive, team-selling model to consistently exceed both new business and renewal targets. Prior, Brian held sales leadership positions at BREG, Inc., helping hospital systems and clinicians decompress the “Orthopedic Episode” utilizing a SaaS product. During this chapter, he led the nation in new business growth, in year-over-year growth, and was a multiple-year inductee to the North American President’s Club, while facilitating cross-functional team success.

Brian received his B.S. in biology, with honors, from the University of Oregon, with specialty and published work in evolutionary genetics and mating systems. He has extensive travel and volunteer experience in over 60 countries and counting. In his spare time, Brian enjoys skiing, scuba diving, cooking at home, and spending time with his wife and their young son.
