Brook Joyce is Director of Partnerships at Bridge Connector. With more than a decade in SaaS, managed services, private/hybrid cloud, security and software, Brook has a proven track record of motivating others with his leadership to achieve both personal and corporate goals. He specializes in building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, developing large volume accounts, and ensuring client retention and loyalty.
Before working with Bridge Connector, Brook was the Senior Manager of Channel Strategy, Business Development and Customer Experience Performance at Asurion, where he focused on achieving stellar outcomes and continual growth for a nationwide business development account set consisting of Fortune 100 organizations. He was the sales lead for a new-to-market B2B and healthcare product, was responsible for setting the gold standard for market trends reports, and helped to design specialized training and sales enablement programs. Prior, Brook was in outside sales at Infosystems, where he was responsible for a multi-million dollar quota, business development, and lead generation across multiple states. Brook also served as a Senior Accounts Manager at Dell, for their largest SMB accounts in Manhattan, where he grew the account set from $4 million to $44 million over three years, and exceeded quota at 140% average over his nine-year tenure. He was twice awarded Representative of the Year, along with several quarterly honors, during his time at Dell.
Outside of the office, Brook has served as a Founding & Executive Search Committee member of Nashville Football Club. He also volunteers his time with Habitat for Humanity and as a youth soccer coach. Brook was born and raised in Nashville and enjoys attending church events with his family and assisting with after-school programs.
