Caitlin Franklin serves Bridge Connector as Vice President of Human Resources out of our Nashville office, bringing extensive experience with national health care companies in talent acquisition and management, and a true passion for the development aspect, nurturing leaders and their abilities to shape an organization.
Previously, she worked for 15 years at Brookdale, the largest senior living provider and one of the 10 largest home health operators in the nation. Caitlin began as a risk management administrator and eventually rose to Vice President of Talent Management, overseeing strategic and business-facing functions. Major achievements include managing the human capital integration process of a major acquisition, during which her division doubled to over 7,000 associates, reducing “time to fill” key positions by one-third, and instituting enterprise-wide learning and development curriculum to bolster strategic leadership opportunities. Caitlin is certified through the Society of Human Relations Management as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), and is also certified through Development Dimensions International as a Targeted Selection Trainer.
Caitlin received her B.A. from Miami University in diplomacy and foreign affairs, then returned to her hometown of Nashville where she has volunteered with the Young Leadership Council and in numerous leadership capacities for the Junior League of Nashville. She enjoys running and shopping, both “competitive sports” in her opinion that improve stamina to better keep up with her young daughter and husband.
