Crystal Fleming is a Senior Account Executive for Bridge Connector, based out of Ohio. She brings over 17 years of experience in sales and marketing roles for healthcare technology companies and post-acute healthcare providers, with a special focus in senior living, home health, and hospice care settings. Her consultative selling approach and insider knowledge about patients’ transitions of care has led to her building trusted relationships with executive-level decision-makers at some of the country’s biggest logos in these healthcare verticals.

Most recently, Crystal served as Head of Provider Business Development for CareLinx, the first and only online nationwide network for in-home care, connecting patients to service providers and enabling care quality oversight. There, she was responsible for all B2B partnerships and led strategy for ACOs, health systems, post-acute providers, and agency models. She oversaw two large national pilot projects and launched four more in targeted locations. Prior, Crystal served as Area Vice President at Kindred Hospice, where she oversaw five states and 15 programs, training sales staff to achieve sales and profit targets. She was also the senior lead for Cleveland’s Continue the Care Initiative, performing at 110% to target year-to-date. Crystal served as Director of Sales for American Hospice, LLC, where she engaged local hospital C-suite to implement care transitional program with IPU resulting in 25% growth year-over-year. She has also held sales leadership roles with VITAS Innovative Hospice Care, as Senior Director of Market Development, when she was tapped to their prestigious national leadership council, and for Heartland Home Health, IV & Hospice Care, as Manager of Business Development. Crystal began her career as Director of Marketing at Sunrise Senior Living, one of the largest senior living providers in the U.S., and has loved selling solutions in healthcare ever since, where she is able to directly improve the patient’s journey and quality of life through compassionate and consultative selling.

Crystal received her bachelor of science in marketing from Marshall University, where she was a member of the American Marketing Association; American Association of University Women; Gamma Beta Phi, the national honors and service society; Gamma Beta Sigma, the business honor society; and received cum laude graduate honors. She continued her studies at Marshall University where she also received her masters of science in healthcare administration. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, boating, kayaking, snow skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
