Howard M. Jenkins
Howard M. Jenkins is Chief Strategy Officer for Bridge Connector, an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) company that delivers streamlined integration solutions for healthcare organizations. He joined the company in 2018.
Howard started his started his career in 1966 at Publix, the largest regional grocery chains in the U.S. with $36 billion in sales, where he served as Chairman of the Board and CEO from 1990 to 2008. He is currently Chairman of the Executive Committee of Publix Super Markets’ Board of Directors.
A renowned businessman and entrepreneur, Howard developed the innovative supermarket chain’s vision to become a Fortune 100 company. Additionally, he conceived and developed the electronic funds transfer (EFT) system known as the Presto! financial network, comprised of more than 1,000 financial institutions, and 10,000 ATMs and registers.
He holds a B.A. in economics from Emory University, where he has also served as a trustee.
