Jason Raphael is an accomplished client-services professional with expertise in process design, service delivery, and implementation strategy development. Jason serves as Chief Delivery Officer for Bridge Connector, where he is responsible for leading new client onboarding and the account management and customer support organizations.
Previously, Jason worked for Accenture for three years, during which he was selected to relocate from Philadelphia to Sydney, to help the global management-consulting firm overhaul its Australian procurement practice structure and capitalize on regional growth.
Prior to joining Accenture, Jason helped launch a Tampa-based technology and software development consultancy, 2point0 Concepts, for which he led project management, account management, client support, and strategic partnership development. In order to grow the firm, a leading digital-signage consultant in the Middle East, he relocated to Kuwait to cultivate new relationships with multinational brands such as Marlboro and Mercedes.
Jason holds a B.S. in finance and international business from University of Tampa. In his free time, he enjoys golf, globe-trotting, and spending time with family.
