Jayne Alexander is the Director, Marketing at Bridge Connector. Among the first 20 people hired at Bridge Connector, Jayne has worn hats as the company has grown and now helps lead our high-producing marketing team. She is a dedicated, results-driven marketing professional with a passion for the strategy, planning, and process improvements that are so critical to rapidly grow and scale a technology startup such as Bridge Connector.

Most recently, Jayne was a Client Success Manager for a SaaS company that specialized in presentations for marketing professionals. In this role, she was a brand manager, ensuring consistently high standards across each element of their integrated marketing campaigns, organic through paid digital efforts, and oversaw all design projects. She spearheaded all client relations and launched and managed all communication initiatives, including newsletters and product updates. Jayne also managed the client onboarding process through implementation, instituting ongoing and automated product-learning activities, and helped manage their product roadmap.

Before she was in the technology space, Jayne had a career in sports marketing. Starting as an intern in athletics and promotions for her alma mater, she went on to work in sports management at a baseball facility, The Ripken Experience, dedicated to experiential education, training, and tournaments. Although she no longer works in sports, Jayne still holds a passion for all things sports-related

Jayne received her Bachelor of Applied Science in marketing from Ferris State University, where she was consistently named to the Dean’s List and participated with their local chapter of the American Marketing Association, leading their sports marketing and event planning committees. A native of the U.P., or Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Jayne has maintained her involvement with the AMA since moving to Nashville. She also enjoys participating with Women in Technology in Tennessee (WiTT) and the Nashville Health Care Council, among other professional organizations. Jayne is an avid sports player and fan who never turns down a challenge with office ping pong tournaments. She enjoys hiking, checking out breweries, and spending time with her fiancé and their husky named Roe.
