Joshua Cotham is Director of Solutions Engineering at Bridge Connector. After being promoted from a manager role in this department, Joshua has recruited, hired, and trained a diverse group of high-performing individuals with healthcare integration expertise — critical understanding as this team interfaces between Bridge Connector’s sales and product/tech teams. Professionally, Joshua’s passion lies at the intersection of business and technology as well, working with customers to understand their business objectives to craft creative solutions that are capable of solving real problems while providing an unparalleled return on investment.

Most recently, Joshua worked for MEDHOST as their Senior Manager of Technical and Service Operations. In this role, he led the technical sales function for both hosting operations and managed integration services. In both of these functions, he was responsible for building out the business models for new service lines. After receiving the promotion to Senior Manager, Joshua also continued the responsibilities of his previous role, Manager of MEDHOST’s Managed Integration Services, where he expanded a public health reporting service line into fully managed, outsource integration engine services. Under his leadership, the SaaS offering went from a startup service line inside the company into just under $5 million Annual Recurring Revenue in three years, while maintaining over 65% margins. He served as direct support, providing program oversight, to a team managing over 100 in-flight integration projects.

Joshua received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Lipscomb University in corporate management where he played baseball, graduated with high Latin honors, and was recognized as the top graduate in his major. He furthered his studies at Lipscomb where he received his M.B.A. in Sustainability, again finishing with Latin honors. Away from work, you can find Joshua reading, playing golf, tending to his lawn, and spending time with his wife and their two children (soon-to-be no. 3 is arriving this fall).
