Based in the company’s Nashville office, Michele Oglesby serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Bridge Connector, an integration platform as a service (iPaaS) company that delivers streamlined integration solutions for healthcare organizations. Bringing a relentless drive for excellence and a strong passion for helping the healthcare industry improve in the right way, Michele has deep roots in the healthcare industry and brings years of expertise to the team. In June 2018, Bridge Connector announced a seed investment of $4.5 million, followed eight weeks after by a $5.5 million Series-A, both led by Tampa-based emerging-technologies firm Axioma Ventures LLC, backed by Howard Jenkins, former CEO of Publix Super Markets.
Prior to Bridge Connector, Ms. Oglesby was the Division Vice President of Operations for Envision Healthcare, a leading provider of physician-led and ambulatory-surgery services. With a proven track record in driving profitability and growth, her previous employment includes senior-level leadership in planning and development at Baptist Hospital and Lourdes Hospital (formerly Catholic Health Partners), and more than a decade at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she served as Chief Business Development Officer for the Vanderbilt Heart and Vascular Institute.
Michele devotes her time to the Junior League of Nashville, where she has formerly served as President and Board Member. For the past two years, she has served as a Board Member for the Ohio Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (OAASC), which promotes high standards of professional conduct among organizations providing ambulatory surgical care. Throughout her tenure on the board, she leveraged her position to influence legislative agendas that would improve statewide healthcare and community healthcare.
