Michele Oglesby serves as the Chief Operations and Compliance Officer for Bridge Connector, a technology company working to change the way health care communicates by delivering streamlined integration solutions. Bringing a relentless drive for excellence and a strong passion for helping the health care industry improve in the right way, Michele has deep roots in the health care industry and brings over 20 years of expertise to the team.
Prior to Bridge Connector, Michele was the Division Vice President of Operations for Envision Healthcare, a leading provider of physician-led and ambulatory-surgery services. With a proven track record in driving profitability and growth, her previous employment includes senior-level leadership in planning and development at Baptist Hospital and Lourdes Hospital (formerly Catholic Health Partners), and more than a decade at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where she served as Chief Business Development Officer for the Vanderbilt Heart and Vascular Institute.
Michele devotes her time to the Junior League of Nashville, where she has formerly served as President and Board Member. She has also served as a Board Member for the Ohio Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (OAASC), which promotes high standards of professional conduct among organizations providing ambulatory surgical care, and is currently a Board Member for The Next Door, a Nashville-based nonprofit organization that serves women in crisis with addiction treatment, recovery and re-entry services. Michele was honored recently for her contributions to the health care industry and community when she was one of only a handful of health care executives named to the Nashville Business Journal’s Women of Influence list.
