Nick McKay serves Bridge Connector as a Senior Sales Executive. He is known among his networks as a tireless researcher and creative strategist, bringing technology solutions to healthcare customers. Trained in Big Four consulting and the Fortune 500, Nick has successfully collaborated with healthcare providers, service partners and solution providers to deliver innovation and growth across the continuum of care: home health and hospice, behavioral health, hospitals and health systems, and ambulatory care.

Prior to Bridge Connector, Nick led North American, U.K., and Oceania growth for the EU-based SaaS, Castor, providing data capture and study management tools for the global, clinical research community. As their first U.S.-based hire, he worked with North American and Oceania clients to successfully navigate regulatory compliance, patient experience and security for their multi-national studies. For Intradiem, the enterprise SaaS transforming customer experience for Fortune 500 clients in banking, healthcare, retail, hospitality, telecom and utilities, he directly engaged IT, Finance and Operations executives to build a global customer experience (CX) automation community. Nick also founded a professional services firm creating markets for SaaS, data center services and cybersecurity clients serving the healthcare, media, and financial services industries. He served as a senior consultant for Deloitte and EY, where he managed and executed healthcare system implementation, business process and revenue cycle engagements, before transitioning into risk management consulting.

Nick received his B.A. from University of Georgia in political science and history, during which time he was also a full-time employee of Athens Regional Medical Center, fostering his interest in healthcare. He has served in numerous volunteer capacities, including as a regional board member for the American Red Cross, and as a project volunteer for Resource Service Ministries, which provides home repair for indigent widows. He has also held board positions with the Technology Association of Georgia and the Association for Corporate Growth, Atlanta chapter.
