Rob Nolan is a Senior Account Executive for Bridge Connector, based on the west coast. He has successfully translated business concepts and marketing strategies over the last 15+ years to drive exponential and award-winning sales revenue growth in healthcare technology, while earning high marks for his steadfast focus on customer service. Having been on the electronic health record (EHR) side, where he dealt with frustration over the inability of systems to communicate, he is excited to leverage his experience in this current role — delivering that “critical piece of the puzzle” of interoperability, as he calls it, to others experiencing the business problems associated with disconnected systems.
Prior to joining Bridge Connector, Rob became known as a skilled relationship-builder, earning highly competitive business for global accounts, most recently as an Account Executive at Greenway Health, the top ambulatory revenue cycle management service and software. He was recognized with a Top Sales Leader Award in his first year — during which time the company pivoted to offer EHR, PMS, SaaS, and ancillary product offerings — building and managing sales pipeline and finishing his first year at 139% of his quota. He also served as Healthcare Sales Director, West Region, for Record Reproduction Services, achieving Top Producer Status throughout his tenure there, building and managing a $5 million sales pipeline while launching five major territories. Rob credits much of his success to his time as a Business Development Manager for Sharecare, where he navigated integrated sales cycles for enterprise accounts as well as HealthPort Technologies, now CIOX Health, where he learned the small business side of healthcare. It was within these roles that he grew the most and had the opportunity to see firsthand the trials and tribulations of all aspects of healthcare.
On a lighter note, living in Los Angeles has afforded the Rob the opportunity to keep up some fun extracurricular activities over the years like writing some comedy for television, running a podcast, and appearing in a Super Bowl commercial. Rob received his bachelor of science at Johnson & Wales University in marketing communications but immediately took to sales, which relocated him to the west coast where he has lived ever since.
