Sam Einhorn is a Solutions Engineer at Bridge Connector, where he is able to apply his experience empowering clinical providers to deliver better, faster, cheaper care to patients through the creation and refinement of interoperable digital health solutions.
Most recently, Sam led the development of an Imaging Advisor product at EvidenceCare, the EHR integrated clinical decision support tool. Highlights in this role include serving as product lead for an engineering team that built an evidence-based tool to deliver appropriate use criteria to the provider at the point of advanced imaging study order, as well as managing implementation of the Imaging Advisor product through several product go-lives on the T-System EHR, producing tens of thousands of dollars in recurring business revenue. Sam was instrumental in conducting interviews with both business and clinical stakeholders to better understand customer needs. He also directed sprint planning and retrospective meetings for the engineering team. Prior, Sam was founder and product specialist for StrokeFlow, LLC, a native app that accelerates a stroke unit’s documentation process, designing the UI/UX of novel features in conjunction with the engineering team. He also conceptualized StrokeFlow’s go-to-market strategy and revenue models, securing pilot programs with Johns Hopkins Hospital and The Mayo Clinic.
Sam received his Bachelor of Science from The Johns Hopkins University in mechanical engineering. While a student, he built an exoskeleton to support lead vests worn by interventionists in conjunction with the Applied Physics Laboratory, and he also played on their varsity baseball team as a pitcher. He participated in the Venture for America Fellowship and was selected to the Class of 2017 for a two-year fellowship to create economic opportunity in emerging American cities, serving in Nashville. Away from the office, Sam is a volunteer teacher with the W.O. Smith Music School, providing lessons to children from low-income families.
