Scott Yungling is a Strategic Account Executive at Bridge Connector and brings over 20 years of experience selling enterprise software in strategic and leadership roles. He has devoted the past 11 years to innovating healthcare data exchange and improving patient outcomes, which makes Bridge Connector the perfect place to apply his expertise.
Over a six-year tenure with NextGen Healthcare, Scott was directly responsible for over $37 million in new business sales to clients ranging from state and regional health information exchanges, health systems, payers, government health agencies, and life sciences companies. He achieved President’s Club in five of six fiscal years, selling interoperability, health information exchange (HIE), clinical data repository (CDR), master patient index (MPI), secure direct messaging software and services (SaaS) for the Mirth division. Prior to NextGen, Scott worked for Allscripts Healthcare for over five years. During his first foray in healthcare technology, he sold electronic health records (EHRs), Practice Management (PM), and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions. After being awarded “Rookie of the Year” with 172% Quota Achievement and President’s Club Honors, he added over 75 new clients to the company over the next four years, resulting in $10 million in first year license revenue and $2 million in annual recurring revenue. Prior to Allscripts, Scott enjoyed a successful sales career in Banking, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and ERP software technology.
Scott received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley. He was the education chairman of Beta Theta Pi fraternity, in addition to being a member of two national championship rugby teams at the University of California. He was a two-time Intercollegiate Varsity Letterman and All-American and went on to play for the United States National Rugby Team. A California native and avid surfer, Scott enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and their dog.
