If you are a Salesforce user, you are probably already familiar with their “Ohana” concept, Ohana being the Hawaiian word for family. And you are likely familiar with all of the different ways the leading customer relationship management (CRM) software company applies the Ohana concept — that family members are bound together and responsible for one another — across their four core values of trust, customer success, innovation, and equality.
That’s why we were particularly humbled and excited on Tuesday evening, when Bridge Connector was awarded the Salesforce Healthcare Ohana Partner Award for “innovation accelerating customer success for Salesforce healthcare customers.”
Members of the Bridge Connector team are pictured at the Salesforce Trailblazer Awards & Celebration, which was held at B.B. King’s Blues Club in Orlando.
The event featured eighties cover band, Jessie’s Girl, in a private concert.
Bridge Connector CEO David Wenger accepted the award from Salesforce as part of the Salesforce Health Cloud Trailblazer Awards & Celebration kicking off the HIMSS Global Conference and Exhibition in Orlando, Fla.
Knowing how pervasive the idea of “ohana” — valued partners being considered more like “family” — is across the Salesforce organization, Bridge Connector’s David Wenger had this to say:
“Salesforce is one of the most innovative tech companies there is. And they’ve already played such an important role as we launched Bridge Connector this past year. Receiving this ‘Ohana’ award is particularly meaningful because we just wrapped a very successful Year One — and quite simply, we couldn’t have gotten to where we are as an organization without a successful team and partners. I have always believed in the promise of what Bridge Connector brings to the marketplace, and we’re all very excited to be acknowledged as a valued Salesforce partner with this special award.”
